  • CATHCART ROOM

    The Cathcart Room is able to accommodate up to 40 people comfortably in chairs or 15 - 25 around tables. Please click on the "launch calendar" icon under the calendar tab to view availability.   • CONFERENCE ROOM 101

    This conference room is located on the west side of the building. It has a medium-sized conference table with executive seats and will fit 12 people comfortably. Please click launch calendar under calendar tab to view availability. If you would like to book a time in this space, please email us with the following information: Name/organization, Date and time requested, and a brief description of what the room will be used for.

  • CONFERENCE ROOM 104

    This conference room is located on the east side of the building. It is a medium conference room that can fit 8 people comfortably around its table. Please click on the "launch calendar" icon under calendar tab to view availability.   • AUDITORIUM

    The Auditorium seats a maximum of 250 people can be divided into small rooms that hold 40-115 people. Please click on the "launch calendar" icon under the calendar tab to view availability.   • KITCHEN

    If you are planning an event that includes food service, you will need to reserve the kitchen. The kitchen has 2 stove/oven combinations, 2 sinks and a dishwasher.   • CHILDREN'S CLASSROOMS

    If your event requires childcare you are welcome to use our children's classrooms. We have a total of 4 classrooms (one is a nursery/toddler room). If providing childcare for an event we do require background checks for all childcare workers who provide services while on our campus.
