    Harvey and Andrea married in 1977 and have two adult sons Rigael and Terren. They moved from the San Francisco Bay area to Seattle in 1984. Pastor Harvey committed his life to Christ in 1974 and in 1975 he felt God calling him into full-time ministry. In 1979 he began full-time ministry with Youth for Christ in Oakland, CA. Upon moving to Seattle Pastor Harvey became the Rainier Valley/Central District Area Director for Young Life. In 1987 he founded Emerald City Outreach Ministries (now Urban Impact) and subsequently Emerald City Bible Fellowship. In addition to serving as the Pastor of ECBF, Pastor Harvey also serves in the following roles:

    • President of Urban Impact: Responsible for Vision and Fundraising
    • Board Member, Covenant Retirement Communities
    • Board of Trustees, Seattle Pacific University
    • Board Member, Reach the Nation Nepa

    Born in Boston, raised in Seattle, May grew to be a community advocate, youth and arts leader. She has been involved in youth, arts and small group ministry for 20 years. In addition to her role at ECBF, May also is a youth violence prevention advocate teaching in local schools, independent graphic designer and co-founder of The Good Foot Arts Collective. May is married to Louie Praseuth and is most passionate about raising their three boisterous boys - Louie Jr. (6), Keo (4) and Makai (10m).

    In addition to serving as ECBF’s beloved Youth Pastor, Louie is a community leader who has been facilitating youth identity development, professional development and arts ministry for 15 years. He co-founded and leads The Good Foot Arts Collective that provides safe space for youth to develop artistic expression for future leadership. Louie is married to May and together they are raising Louie Jr. (6), Keo (4) and Makai (10m).

    Tyra was born and in raised in the Rainier Valley, Seattle. She loves her family and community and is passionate about seeing God deliver, heal, and free his children. Along with her love for laughter, she is also a passionate prayer warrior who simply loves God and is hungry to always learn from Him.

    Mike and his wife, Ashley, moved back to Seattle with their two boys in 2013 and began attending Emerald City Bible Fellowship. Shortly after, Mike began working for Urban Impact. Mike has been working in Christian community development since 2004 and has a heart for the work of restoration and reconciliation in Rainier Valley. Mike is passionate about building Christ-centered, diverse and healthy community through the local church and sharing the love of Christ through relationship. Mike also loves spending time with my family, working on projects, sports, coffee and eating.

    Debbie has been a member of Emerald City Bible Fellowship since 1992. She and her husband, who teaches at a local elementary school, have been living in the neighborhood, with their three children, for over 26 years. Her interests stretch far beyond working with numbers. Being passionate about helping people follow Jesus, she currently serves as a volunteer leader in the youth ministry. She enjoys tennis, casual biking, long walks with others, studying the Bible, and playing piano and guitar.
