Partner Sites | UI@ECBF is currently partnering with FAST (Fathers And Sons Together) as well as Emerson Elementary School, South Shore PK-8 and Dunlap Elementary School to coordinate the re-launch of the Dads of Great Students program.

emerald city commons

Emerald City Commons (ECC) was completed in 2013 in collaboration with Mercy Housing and Urban Impact. It is a 61-unit mixed use affordable housing development with 6,000 square feet of commercial space serving working families in the Rainier Valley. The facility includes a 5,700 square foot commercial space on the lower level which homes an accessible and high quality fitness center, Rainier Health & Fitness.
