Erin was first introduced to ECBF at a fundraiser for Urban Impact (then Emerald City Outreach Ministries) in 1995. Inspired by the mission and vision of ECOM she started teaching in the Summer Academy program and attending ECBF. In 2013, after serving as a High School English teacher for many years in the Rainier Valley/Beacon Hill area Erin felt called to serve full time at ECBF. Erin is passionate about helping the children of God receive God's love, identify their gifts and serve together in community. She also still loves teaching, being outdoors and cooking... often with her husband, David, family or friends.
In addition to serving as ECBF’s beloved Youth Pastor, Louie is a community leader who has been facilitating youth identity development, professional development and arts ministry for 15 years. He started and leads The Good Foot Arts Collective that provides safe space for youth to develop artistic expression for future leadership. Louie is married to May and together they are raising Louie, Jr., Keo and Makai.

Mike has been working in Christian community development since 2004 and has a heart for the work of restoration and reconciliation in Rainier Valley. Mike is passionate about building Christ-centered, diverse and healthy community through the local church and sharing the love of Christ through relationship. Mike also loves spending time with my family, working on projects, sports, coffee and eating.
Katrina grew up in the Phillipines and moved to the US when she was 17.
Upon moving to Seattle four years ago she began a quest to find a diverse church community to belong to. Through the staff at Rainier Health and Fitness (a cousin ministry located next door to the church) she was introduced to Emerald City Bible Fellowship. Katrina started attending ECBF two years ago and loved the community, diversity and philosophy of the church. She now works as ECBF's Administrative Assistant and Communications Specialist and loves serving our neighbors. When not working, Katrina likes to explore the Pacific Northwest through hiking, performance arts and eating at new and different places. Katrina is also currently working on her AA in Early Childhood Education.
Debbie has been a member of Emerald City Bible Fellowship since 1992. She and her husband, who teaches at a local elementary school, have been living in the neighborhood, with their three children, for over 26 years. Her interests stretch far beyond working with numbers. Being passionate about helping people follow Jesus, she currently serves as a volunteer leader in the youth ministry. She enjoys tennis, casual biking, long walks with others, studying the Bible, and playing piano and guitar.
